OVER THE TOP

Published by brperry at 10:31 pm under Holiday Edit This

The holidays are upon us, so from November 27, 2008 to January 1, 2009 we celebrate.  We acknowledge and celebrate Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and New Year.  We give thanks for our blessings, have a festival of lights, honor the birth of Jesus, have a celebration of family, community and culture and party in the New Year.  Mostly, we celebrate by over indulging.  Over eating, over drinking, and it this is even possible, over sexing.  Don’t make the holidays your excuse for packing on the pounds; getting a D.U.I., or having yet another child you can’t afford to raise.  Have FUN, but exercise some degree of constraint and control.  I guess if you get too carried away, you can make Jenny Craig and/or Curves your New Year’s Resolution, resolve yourself to stop during but if drinking is a serious problem joining Alcoholics Anonymous; and if you are not having sex resolving yourself to have sex in the New Year and if you are over sexing it with someone or many some ones other than your partner or spouse maybe going to a sex addiction clinic is in order.

My advice to you
America is to dine sufficiently, but consume a little less, have some holiday cheer but not to the point of being drunk and by all means, have plenty of protected consensual sex.  Very important if drinking have a designated driver or catch a cab.
America are you over indulging, are you holiday binging?  If you are over-indulging what are you over-indulging?
